Door Attachment Instructions.
1.- Stand on the side of the door with the hinges. For your safety, please ensure that the lock is working properly on your door.
2.- Pull on the strap to make certain it is securely in place and being helped by the door.
You can adjust the height of the strap in the door to increase or decrease the resistance as needed.
The box includes 2 pieces;
1 Resistance Tube Heavy (Intermediate) Color Blue
2 Bonus Door Anchor Included.
Note: When using the door anchor, please ensure that the ball portion of the anchor strap is secured on the opposite side of the closed door. Before use. shut the door completely & lock it for added security.
